all participants.

and conference kits.

Children below 5 years are exempted from
registration fees.

Conference kits are not guaranteed to those
who register after 15 September 2006.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
Written request for cancellation must reach conference secretariat by October 15, 2006.
All refunds will be made after the conference and 35 % of the amount will be deducted towards
handling charges. No refund will be entertained after October 15, 2006. |
